At AOIFE SPICES EXIM PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering premium-quality spices and a seamless customer experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that your concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • The packaging is tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@aoifespices.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return pickup or ask you to send it back depending on your location.


3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

  • Approved returns due to damage or error on our part.
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch (within 24 hours of placing the order).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products ordered by mistake.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Opened or partially used spice packs.
  • Bulk orders (unless damaged or incorrect).

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at orders@aoife.inor calling our support number. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
